How to easily acquire the Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom!

This Talisman grants the wearer +5 Dexterity. For an RL1 run, this talisman in combination with Radagon’s Soreseal, allow the player to equip the Icerind Hatchet! (This is a necessity item for the RL1 build)

The Icerind Hatchet is the most easily upgradeable weapon while using Hoarfrost Stomp – which is the most powerful move at RL1. In future RL1 videos you can see me using this weapon heavily, as well as it being the most powerful weapon currently for all speedruns of Elden Ring.

–Disclaimer– The fight against Commander O’Neil is fairly simple when you take out the summons and then focus on him. I recommend a +5 weapon with Hoarfrost Stomp, additionally the Royal Knight’s Resolve boost some burst damage stomps.

00:00 – Intro

00:59 – 1. Opening Sellia Under-stair & Church Of The Plague graces to travel to & from Gowry & Millicent

03:53 – 2. Start the quest by going to Gowry at Gowry’s Shack

04:41 – Be carfeul of this enemy, he can easily ruin this questline via killing any of the 2 NPCs

05:07 – 3. Starting The Quest by Taling to Gowry

05:17 – 4. Retrieve the Unalloyed Gold Needle by going to and killing Commander O’Neil

06:36 – 5. With the Unalloyed Gold Needle obtained, head back to Gowry

06:46 – 6. Speak with Gowry, then reload back into this area via the Sellia Under-stair grace, then head back to Gowry & he will give you the needle

07:21 – 7. Go to the Church of the plague & give the needle to Millicent

07:43 – 8. Go to the grace and pass time. Then speak again with Millicent (Rewards Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom Talisman)

08:03 – 9. Go to the grace and pass time again

08:10 – 10. Go to Gowry’s Shack & speak with Millicent

08:40 – 11. Load back into area via going to the Sellia Under-stair grace and then go back to the Gowry’s Shack

08:58 – 12. Speak with Gowry (Be is now a vendor you can purchase sorcery from)

09:07 – 13. Go to the Erdtree-Gazing Hill grace in Altus Plateau & speak to Millicent

10:30 – 14. Go to the Shaded Castle & get the Valkyries Prosthesis

13:44 – 15. With the Valkyries Prosthesis, head back to the Erdtree-Gazing Hill grace & give it to Millicent

14:04 – 16. Go to the Windmill Village grace in Altus Plateau

15:37 – 17. Go to the Windmill Heights area

16:13 – 18. Defeat the Godskin Apostle then touch the Windmill Heights grace, then load back into the Windmill Heights grace

16:36 – 19. Speak to Millicent

16:42 – 20. Go to the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins grace in the Mountaintops Of The Giants

18:29 – 21. Speak to Millicent at the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins grace in the Mountaintops Of The Giants

18:39 – 22. Go to the Prayer Room grace in the Haligtree area

24:15 – 23. Activate Prayer Room grace & speak to Millicent

24:25 – 24. Go to the Drainage Channel grace to clear yourself of Rot Buildup

27:27 – 25. Go back the way you came into the Drainage Channel grace & defeat ulcerated tree spirit

28:51 – 26. Load back into area / Drainage Channel grace & head back to where you defeated the ulcerated tree spirit (not everyone will need to load back into area)

29:15 – 27. How to get Rotten Winged Sword Insignia (choose to assist Millicent) How to get Millicent’s Prosthesis (choose to challenge Millicent)

31:20 – 28. Obtaining quest reward & progressing on if you chose to assist Millicent

31:28 – 29. Load back into area / Drainage Channel grace & head back to Mallicent (this rewards Unalloyed gold needle used at the flower in Malenias boss fight areas – this effects ending / will be rewarded Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone here also)
